Ilumina El Mundo Semana 2

Hoy es casi el empieza de semana dos de ilumina el mundo! invitamos a todos ustedes a participar y traer a su communidad la luz de Cristo!

It's the most wonderful time of the year to bring others to Christ! 

Service doesn't just happen on a grand, global scale. Your own community is full of opportunities to get involved, make a difference, and give as Jesus gave.  

This week, the focus is on your community! There are many ways in which you can serve those around you! When you serve those around you, keep in mind that you are serving the Lord in Heaven. Even if your service goes unnoticed by those on Earth, just remember that those in Heaven are watching and pleased to see a heart full of service. I encourage you to serve in nursing homes, visiting those who don't get to see their family at a time of year when family is so important. I invite you to donate to homeless shelters, to shovel the neighbors driveway, bake cookies for those working in grocery stores, hospitals, or fire departments for Christmas. There are so many ways in which you can allow the light of Christ and the true meaning of Christmas to shine through you for the world to see.

This week was a blur. The weeks have been going by faster and faster. We've had a lot of our baptismal dates fall through but haven't let our spirits fall! We're hoping for a Christmas miracle and working for one too! ;) 

I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas and remember all of the Savior's life and what He gave for us.
