A Week of Milagritos :)

Hola mis queridos!

This week went by really fast and it made me think about how I need to continue growing and working hard to be able to help the people here while I have been given the privilege to do so.

Juarez is doing good. Last week someone we were teaching declared their love for me so that was really weird. I watched two grandmas yell at their five year old grandkids for not doing their homework perfectly and we had like five or seven bomb alerts in the city. I'd say we're doing pretty good :)

The miracles I saw this week were plentiful! The first was during Zone Conference. I had started to doubt a bit my efficiency as a missionary. I had said several prayers asking God if I was really doing well. When Elder Chavez shared the PowerPoint of the Gathering of Israel, the Spirit confirmed, very strongly, that I had been prepared for this for years. I felt that backup witness of the Spirit and was ready to go. It has helped me through this week.

The second miracle I saw was in a church activity that same night. We had invited Marta and was very excited to come. She showed up with her Mi Familia folleto as full as she could get it. Not only that, she had brought her niece! They worked hard and got well set up in Family Search. They later told us that they loved it! We are excited to see their progress!

My third miracle came that same night. After leaving the conference, I was on a spiritual high, to say. Satan saw that and attacked, strongly. I began to feel terrible. I had put off asking for a priesthood blessing for all of my mission. A while ago, I felt the impression to ask for one, and I didn't. Finally, that night, I knew I needed it. The next day, I was able to see the power of the priesthood coupled with faith. Through ways I didn't see coming, my deepest desires and needs were answered.

I love this gospel and this work.

Never doubt your influence!

I love you all so much! Have a good week!
